My journey into the world of nutrition began when I was 21 years old when I started intense sports sessions and also wanted to use my nutrition to support and regenerate.

I was already an active and sporty person before that, but I had not dealt with the topic of nutrition in detail. Thus, the topic of nutrition has been a relevant part of my life for 8 years and developed into a passion that I no longer want to miss.

Little by little, I began to try out different forms of nutrition and to experiment with my own body. Then, in 2015, in order to be able to apply the knowledge I had learned professionally, I also decided to complete my first training in the field of nutrition.

I dove further into the extensive field of nutrition, the history of human nutrition, various "diet" forms, and eventually landed in the specialty of vegan or plant-based nutrition. Fascinated by its ethics and as a great lover of animals, I was immediately hooked and began the first form of nutrition I encountered in the vegan diet: low fat high carb.

A big mistake for my body - in a few months I gained about 10 kg, because of the sudden increase of carbohydrates and the reduction of the satiating and essential energy source fat, I felt an irrepressible appetite and hunger. After a few months of despair, I began to eat omnivore again. But the thought did not let me go. The idea to be able to do completely without animal products gave me the necessary motivation to find new ways and information for myself.

This applied, also on plant-based nutrition basis a weight reduction took place and a nourishing way was established, which I still use today with me.

A plant-based diet is not difficult, you just have to know how. You discover new products and combinations, you can give free rein to your creativity, and at the same time it can be needs-based, delicious and inexpensive.

Inspired by a new culinary world, an improved body image and also new successes in sports, the journey through a plant-based diet began.

Further training followed, to vegan nutritionist up to the training in cycle-based women's health - another important point which is unfortunately still given little attention in our current society and in which lies a great potential, both for personal well-being and health and thus also for your family and friends, as well as in the field of emancipation, working world and medicine.

Out of the need to find a small selection in vegan, sugar-free confectionery, a range of own baking creations was initially created, up to a concept that created access to a need-based, easy to implement and delicious form of nutrition : purisst.

Purisst combines the knowledge of a balanced, plant-based and simple form of nutrition with a holistic and natural way of life, which makes your everyday life healthier and results in a new attitude towards life and well-being.
