As a certified nutritionist, I would like to help you achieve your personal goal of implementing a conscious and health-promoting diet into your everyday life.

Everyday life and professional life, family and friends, habits or lack of organization can be factors that can get in the way of a balanced and healthy diet. A healthy diet does not have to be complicated or one-sided.

As a certified nutritionist and have acquired in recent years some knowledge in the topics of nutrition, exercise and body health. The biggest problem: there is too much information and too many programs.

The holistic approach is very important to me: health is an interplay of body, mind and soul in interaction with the environment. With my great passion for these topics, I want to help other people and respond to them individually.
